Collective-level Genealogy Visualisation

Welcome to colgen interactive.

This is a tool to visualise and analyse collective-level genealogies. More information available on the repository .

To start select a file at the top of the screen.

Click on the "+" at the bottom of the screen to display a table with all the nodes built from the csv file.

Click on the column name in the table to change the color of the nodes accordingly.

Click once on a node to select its descent and ancestor, click twice to select only the descent, click a third time to select only the ancestry.

Click outside of a node to reset your selection

If mutations data are enabled, click on the name of a mutation in the table to select all the nodes that are predicted to feature it

The tables and plots are dynamically filtered according to your selection.
